Well, this is my first attempt at writing my own blog. It is something different and isn't that what life is all about. It helps with the Spice of Life! My mother and I decided that we would make a blog after we joined postcrossing.com, a postcard crossing project.
For those of you who do not know what this is, it is a website that you join and your request an address from a postcrosser somewhere in the world and you mail them a postcard and some other postcrosser from around the world sends you one. The website keeps track of your postcards, both sent and received. Both mother and I have been members for a little over a month now. I have sent 21 cards and have received 15. So, I thought I better get started putting them on my blog site - I'm already so far behind.
This is my first postcard I received from Johan in the Netherlands. I was so excited to get it. Thanks Johan for being my first postcrosser!
